Lean for Small and Medium Sized Manufacturers – New Book Out Soon

Over the past decade TXM has worked with more than 100 small and medium sized manufacturers to help them improve their productivity, quality and customer service and to grow their businesses. It was this experience that inspired TXM Principal, Tim McLean, to write his forthcoming book, “Grow Your Factory – Grow Your Profits: Lean for Small and Medium Sized Manufacturers”.  The book is being published in the United States by iconic Lean and Operational Excellence specialist publisher, Productivity Press in the third quarter of 2014.

Grow Your Factory – Grow Your Factory is designed to provide a straightforward and practical road map for Leaders within small and medium sized enterprises (SME) improve the performance of their businesses and build a platform for sustained business growth using the proven techniques of Lean Manufacturing.

The book draws on Tim McLean’s 25 year management and consulting career working within and alongside more than 100 small and medium sized manufacturing  enterprises (SME) combined with his deep practical knowledge of Lean and Operational excellence.
