Join a North American Lean Study Tour and the 2015 AME Conference

Best Practice Network and TXM are pleased to partner with Leveraged LEAN in hosting a group of 10 Australian and New Zealand manufacturing practitioners on a benchmarking tour of some of North America’s best Lean plants. The tour will run from 10-16 October 2015 and is timed to coincide with the North American Association for Manufacturing Excellence Annual Conference in Cincinnati from 19-23 October where up to 2,500 practitioners will gather for 5 days of Lean Learning and Networking.  For conference details see http://www.ame.org

In the week prior to the conference we will visit 8 plants in 4 days and combine High Mix – Low Volume fabrication with Engineer to order, with Low Mix – High Volume. We will see Lean working in every conceivable environment from Electronics to Automotive to Healthcare. While conference attendance is optional, preference will be given to AME conference attendees and we have negotiated a price of just US$1999 instead of the standard US$2564 for international delegates.
