TXM Lean Solutions China Lean Consulting Team Expands

Following growth of the TXM business in 2012, TXM has expanded its consulting team in China. TXM is pleased to welcome  Richard Zeng to the TXM lean consulting team team in China.

Richard Zeng has more than 18 years in operational management roles and acquired rich lean experience working in Timken (a global industrial technology leader) and Donaldson (a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems); And he also get deep experience in lean operation as Vice General Mgr in Chinese domestic company. Richard had ever successfully helped to transform one plant from traditional to lean operation with 5 years efforts and acquired “the best plant in Lean transformation” within global Timken plants by Aug of 2006. Richard is also good at helping to build internal lean teams and specialized in change management and project management process; In recent years Richard has worked as external consultant with a range of customers including BMW Brilliance Automotive, Henry Technologies, Parker Hannifin, as well as Chinese domestic company including Jiangsu Kailing Auto Parts and more.

Richard will join Justin Tao and our associate consultants Charlie Robinson and Tim Zhang, giving TXM one of the most capable and experienced lean consulting teams in China
