TXM to Run a Lean Workshop at the AME USA Conference – Jacksonville Florida

TXM Director Tim McLean has been granted the rare (for an Australian) privilege of running a workshop at the AME USA Conference, the world’s largest and most well attended annual Lean Manufacturing Conference.

Tim will be facilitating an interactive half-day lean workshop on the morning of Friday 14 November at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida.

Tim’s lean workshop will be focused on Lean for Small and Medium-sized Manufacturers. The interactive lean workshop session will provide participants with a chance to share the challenges they face in growing their businesses and discuss lean approaches tailored to smaller manufacturing businesses. Tim has 26 years of experience in leading and consulting to small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses. Over this time Tim and the TXM team have developed uniquely effective approaches to enable these businesses to engage their people, improve their processes, and grow.

The lean workshop will be the launch of Tim McLean’s forthcoming book, “Grow Your Factory – Grow Your Profits: Lean for Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturers” which is due to be released in the US by Productivity Press later in 2014.
