Tina Yang Joins TXM Lean Solutions in China

TXM is pleased to welcome Tina Yang to our team based in Shanghai, China. Tina comes to TXM with an outstanding professional and academic background. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Zhejiang University, Tina joined NEC as an Industrial Engineer where she was coached in Lean by Senior Japanese Lean Sensei. She then moved to the Automotive industry with Bosch where she was a Lean Manager, responsible for leading deployment of the Bosch Production system for new and existing production operations. Prior to joining TXM, Tina has completed an International MBA from the School of Management at Fudan University and advanced management studies at ESSEC in Paris, France.

Tina will join our fast growing team in the Shanghai office who are helping with the innovative deployment of Lean Thinking in some of the world’s leading companies.
