TXM Partners with AI Group to Deliver Victorian Regional Manufacturing Clusters Program
TXM is pleased to announce that we have been selected as the sole Lean consulting provider to the Victorian Regional Manufacturing Clusters program. The Victorian Government has partnered with AI Group on this innovative new program.
It will provide support for over 100 companies across ten regional cities to improve their business performance so they can invest, grow and employ more Victorians.
The Regional Manufacturing Clusters initiative will support manufacturers seeking to invest in innovation, capability development and business growth, with a focus on tangible actions and peer learning and collaboration.
Participant companies will work alongside their industry peers to learn and apply core lean techniques such as value stream mapping, 5S and Lean metrics to help improve operational performance.
As well every business will receive one-on-one on site Lean coaching from a TXM consultant. This will help these businesses turn this coaching in to action and bottom line results.
The program starts in July 2018 and will support Victorian manufacturers in Ballarat, Bendigo, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Echuca, Shepparton, Taralgon, Sale, Mildura and Warnambool. The program is limited to ten companies per city, so sign up now to reserve your place.
