Justin Tao – Senior Consultant

Justin Tao is a Senior Consultant at TXM Lean Solutions.

He joined Toyota Forging for his first job, where he learned TPS, later he worked for Otis elevator and Kraft Foods, where he had hands-on experience implementing Lean in a manufacturing environment. After establishing this practical experience in the industry, Justin became a lean consultant.

Justin has worked with a broad range of customers in China as a Lean Consultant where he has successfully implemented Lean programs. These include Alstom, Airbus, Sony, Kimberly-Clark, Novozymes, Stihl, AstraZeneca, Yves Rocher, Festo, etc.

Through this period Justin has developed an outstanding practical knowledge of Lean and a demonstrated ability to achieve breakthrough results for Chinese manufacturers. Justin has been a major influence on the regional TXM Lean Solutions team with his expertise in areas such as Kanban and TPM now the benchmark for our Australian and Asian consulting material.

Justin received a bachelor’s degree in material engineering and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Tianjin University.
