This year marked 20 years of TXM Lean Solutions and to celebrate our passion we have created two awards to recognise the amazing work our clients achieve with our expert guidance. Lean Transformation of the Year and Lean Champion of the Year are awarded to a business and an individual in each region who have excelled and surpassed our expectations.
TXM Lean Solutions operate in multiple regions around the world including USA, Canada, New Zealand, France/Europe and in Australia we operate in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
We would like to congratulate all the winners of this year’s Lean Transformation and Lean Champion of the Year awards. This year’s winners are well deserved and have seen amazing improvements across their businesses.

We would like to give a special congratulations to our overall winner of Lean Transformation of the Year Coxgomyl. CoxGomyl has engaged in an ambitious Operational Excellence Program to drive performance across its operations and build a culture of continuous improvement. The Program, which has been completed in 2024, encompasses the Manufacturing, Purchasing and Engineering processes.
Our overall Lean Champion of the Year Erkut Fevzi of Crusader Caravans. Erkut is the General Manager of Operations for Crusader Caravans and has guided the team through their transformation alongside the expert help of Senior Consultant Axel Krens. “Thanks to Erkut’s commitment he has turn Crusader Caravans into arguably the best caravan manufacturer in Australia” Tim McLean – Managing Director TXM Lean Solutions.
