The past two weeks have seen TXM Directors Tim McLean and Anthony Clyne travelling across the United Kingdom from Perth in Scotland to St Austell in Cornwall to successfully launch TXM’s latest business venture.
During the fortnight Tim and Anthony have engaged with over 50 small and medium sized UK manufacturing, distribution and service business through participation in a Trade Expo, presenting workshops and face to face on site visits.
The LNG 18 Conference and Exhibition in Perth carried two resounding themes. The LNG industry needs to improve the level and quality of collaboration, and the industry needs to dramatically improve its productivity.

One day public project management workshops are being rolled out across key locations around Australia by Kevin Bennett from TXM Lean Solutions. Countdown is a powerful, high-involvement project simulation in which teams assume roles at a fictional company with a critical need to improve their project management processes.
TXM Director, Ron Spiteri, will represent TXM Lean Solutions at LNG 18 to ensure that TXM maintain currency with the value drivers, needs, and direction of the industry. In doing so, TXM are able to innovate and ensure that they remain at the forefront of Lean Consulting in the Oil & Gas sector.
Robert Chittenden, TXM senior consultant, represented TXM at the 2016 Lean Transformation Summit, held in Las Vegas, USA March 17 – 18 2016, along with over 650 Lean enthusiasts from companies around the globe.
In the past year, TXM customers have been completing an on line feedback survey when we complete a project. We recently reviewed the results of these surveys and the results were impressive.
The first week of February 2016 will be a milestone for TXM’s ongoing global expansion. TXM projects will be underway in six countries on four continents.
