His genuine leadership approach, coupled with extensive experience in operations, reliability, and maintenance, has empowered technical teams and vendors to execute complex projects with safety and efficiency as top priorities.

Fadi Dagher Joins TXM in Ontario, Canada
The second consultant to join us recently is Fadi Dagher, Fadi is an Operations Management professional with over 32 years of experience driving transformative change and creating value in diverse industries and businesses of all sizes, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Fadi specialises in Operational Excellence methodologies such as Lean, TPM, 5S, and other Continuous Improvement practices.
With leadership roles spanning multiple sites and divisions, Fadi has worked across industries including Food & Beverage, CPG, and Industrial Products & Equipment Automation. He has contributed his expertise to organisations of varying scales, from small enterprises like Taste of Nature Foods and North West Rubber, to mid-size companies like Multy Home Products and ATS Automation, as well as large multinationals such as Procter & Gamble and Molson Coors.
