What is needed are robust processes and procedures that deliver your products to your customers on time, in full every time. As well, you need to develop systems for managing people that develop leaders at every level of your business to take responsibility and accountability and enable you to get the best out of everyone in your business. At TXM we customise the Lean approach for the specific needs of your business. Therefore, our process begins by working closely with you to understand your business objectives and formulate a tailored program and clear action plan which maps your Lean journey from where you are now to where you want to be. We equip your people with the necessary skills and provide coaching at every stage of the project until you reach your objectives.

Will using TXM services disrupt my business?

At TXM we do not want our work to interrupt your business. Therefore we minimise large group workshops and set piece training. Instead we aim for short, focused, hands-on coaching sessions with individuals or small groups in their workplace. That said, it is important that your business is committed to the change. We provide lots of notice and an agenda for each day outlining who will be involved in our sessions. You need to ensure that your managers and leaders plan for this and are fully involved and engaged in the sessions that need them.
