With qualifications in Industrial Engineering and Business, Angel spent 20 years in the truck industry. He worked with Renault, Fiat-Iveco, and Volvo-Mack in Spain and France. His roles encompassed product development, warranty, customer technical support, operations and continuous improvement giving him a broad business and Lean understanding. Angel also spent four years advising a start-up medical imaging business on manufacturing, supply chain and Lean.

Since 2016 Angel has worked as an independent Lean consultant across a range of industries and with both small and medium-sized business as well as larger manufacturers.

Angel brings to TXM the ideal combination of a deep understanding of Lean, practical experience across a broad range of industries and strong leadership and change management experience.

Angel is fluent in English, French, and Spanish and will support us with customers in France and Spain.

Claude has held senior management positions at SMART France and Mercedes-Benz Trucks, including Site Director, VP Operations and Logistics Director. He is involved in industrial transformation projects, product launches and organisational integration.

Frédéric has contributed to some of France’s largest manufacturers, such as DuPont and Renault, where he played a central role in operational efficiency and innovation.

Based in Grenoble, Frédéric is a results-oriented leader, recognised for his expertise in international operational excellence. His mastery of project management is complemented by his ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring sustainable growth and operational success.

In addition to his technical skills, Frédéric brings a strategic vision and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement. His leadership and extensive experience are a great asset to our team and our clients.

At Solvay, Alain was responsible for the transformation of manufacturing operations in France, China, Brazil and the United States. Alain moved to Princeton, New Jersey before returning to Lyon as Senior Manufacturing Excellence Leader.

Based in Lyon, Alain is an expert in change management and a recognized leader capable of working at all levels of organizations. He will bring his enormous experience to our French and European Clients.

Bernard is an exceptionally experienced Lean consultant having worked with dozens of companies over his 12 years as an Operational Excellence and TPM consultant. Bernard’s projects have included global leaders such as BASF, Dupont, Symrise, and Unilever. Bernard has also worked with a wide range of small and medium-sized companies across Germany and internationally.

He is skilled at supporting companies to improve their organizational and technical processes. His strategic approach of adapting the processes to the people – and not the other way round – has a proven track record.

Bernard’s mission often begins where other consulting mandates have failed and where people are reluctant to embrace further efforts. His core competence is to handle challenging projects and processes – worldwide and multilingual, which makes him an ideal fit for TXM. Bernard speaks Arabic, French, and Spanish as well as his fluency in German and English.

Bernard has degrees in Mechanical and Civil engineering that support his practical approach and enables him to understand the issues of a wide range of industries.

Maciej has over 15 years’ experience specialising in supply chain and logistics management, production planning and execution, sales and new products launches with Tier 1 suppliers.

Whilst working as Supply Chain & Logistics Manager he worked with Toyota, Porsche, Nissan, Ford, GM, VW, and AUDI. During this time he developed and implemented a full pull flow system for finished goods.

As a Lean Management Consultant Maciej has extensive experience training, coaching and developing the implementation of production system tools and techniques in production and service environments. He also has a broad knowledge of Value Stream Mapping and Value Stream Design being able analyse and implement Lean techniques and tools.

As a Lean Consultant, he has coached employees at all levels and understands the challenges of your business with experience spanning automotive, food and pharma, medical equipment, appliances, electronics machine building and heavy industry across Europe, Asia, South Africa, and the US.

Based in Poland, Maciej will be able to manage and support your staff at every step of your Continuous Improvement journey.

TXM Lean Solutions are pleased to announce the appointment of Bruno Dury to our French Team. Bruno joins TXM with over 30 years of industry experience across France as a Lean/Operational Excellence Consultant.

Bruno has since worked at Alstrom where he was Lean Leader & implemented the APS (Advanced Production System). It is a continuous improvement approach based on the principles of Lean Manufacturing and run by over 350 people across multiple sites.

Bruno then worked at General Electric responsible for coordinating quality assurance and the establishment of 3 units across the Villeurbanne and St Priest Sites. Whilst head of the quality department he oversaw 15 employees looking after customer quality, production quality, supplier quality and quality assurance.

Bruno will be helping our clients across Europe with a focus on France. His extensive experience of Lean and Operational Excellence will be invaluable for our clients and wider consulting team.

Jimmy started his career with global beverage container maker REXAM where he gain experience in production engineering and plant management. Jimmy was responsible for implementation of Lean and Six Sigma, including all training and also execute projects. Jimmy was able to drive opportunities to reach savings on average $150 000 per year and at same time create a sustainable Lean-culture.

After 20 years with REXAM Jimmy worked with ConvaTec where he started as a Technical & Production Manager whilst also coordinating the transfer to a new facility. His next project with ConvaTec saw him implement Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma across their headquarters in Denmark.

At SWEP International he implemented a sustainable Lean culture for growth across the supply chain with a focus on manufacturing. Jimmy also established and secured business with external stakeholders. He applied Lean & Six Sigma at all levels, whilst implementing quality systems to support SWEP International’s growth.

After 7 years with SWEP International Jimmy became a Lean consultant specialising in Executive level Coaching, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, SMED, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Change Management.

As a Lean champion Jimmy see’s it as his mission to create growth and profitability through continuous improvement, including development of people, processes, teams and organisations in parallel with technology and quality for internal and external stakeholders.

Christian’s diverse background equips him with the skills to navigate demanding environments effectively. His aim is to assist TXM’s customers in achieving operational excellence by providing support and guidance tailored to their specific needs.

With a background that combines technical rigour and strategic consultancy, Olivier positions himself as an ‘organisational doctor’, helping companies to diagnose their challenges, improve their processes, and create sustainable performance. His career spans consultancy, executive education, and corporate coaching, providing him with a practical, human-centred approach to change management.

Olivier is recognised for his ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice, guiding leaders and MBA students through modern operational strategies, organisational behaviour, and high-impact transformation methods. His recent engagements highlight the close links between French and Canadian academic institutions, contributing to cross-border executive education and professional development.

Guillaume started his career as an industrial project manager at Renault Trucks.

Guillaume has since worked in the city of Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China as a Lean consultant and Lean Manufacturing manager. He then worked with a French producer of electrical equipment to set up quality assurance and validation systems for new suppliers in China.

Since returning to France, Guillaume has helped a number of SMEs to industrialize their products and set up operational excellence initiatives. Guillaume is fluent in French, English and Chinese and is available to consult on projects across Europe.

He began his career as a Warehouse Manager before becoming a Project Manager at the logistics group TDG. He later served as Director of Transport and Logistics Studies at Casino and Supply Chain Director at i2A, a company specialising in bacteriology.

Jean-Charles is recognised for his ability to design and support the deployment of complex logistics plans. Given the acceleration driven by digital transformation, ensuring that logistics asset capacity aligns with Supply Chain strategy is a key factor in corporate success.
