Damian Grow — Senior Consultant (Australia)
Damian Grow joins TXM Lean Solutions as a Senior Consultant and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Bringing over two decades of experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, Grow specialises in embedding structured problem-solving, process efficiency, and frontline Lean leadership across complex industrial operations.
Across his career as a consultant and educator, he has trained over 600 Lean practitioners and 100 Change Leaders, delivering setup reductions of up to 40% in manufacturing lines, boosting pallet production throughput by 32% via Value Stream Mapping, and optimising logistics network capacity for retail giants such as Woolworths and Kmart.
Howard Bettany — Senior Consultant (UK)
Howard Bettany brings over 30 years of operational excellence experience to the TXM network. As an authority in flow optimisation and Lean implementation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Bettany focuses on practical shop-floor transformation, productivity improvement, and sustainable operational performance. Holding a Master of Science in Lean Enterprise from the University of Buckingham, Howard serves as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive management teams. His work focuses on establishing robust leadership routines.
Mehmet Güreşcier — Senior Consultant (Europe)
Mehmet Güreşcier brings extensive industry mentoring, business development, and operational consulting expertise. With a strong background in guiding organisations through complex change management and strategy deployment, Güreşcier enhances TXM’s international consulting reach and capability across growing regional markets.
Mehmet spent two decades at Doğuş Group—ultimately serving as Head of Lean Management at the holding level. There, he spearheaded Lean, Six Sigma, and Balanced Scorecard strategy deployment across diverse commercial sectors. Since 2021, Mehmet has advised leadership teams on strategy, process redesign, and Lean digital transformation.
