Over the years, Charlie has successfully implemented Lean programs with a broad range of companies including Carrier, Midea, Volex, Emak, Camewheel , SEASON, XCMG and XJGC.

Charlie expertise ranges from VSM, Logistic, Pull Production, 3P, Lean Layout, Standard Work, Low-Cost Automation, Lean Warehouse, Problem Solving, 5S, Visual Management, TPM, SMED, Error Proofing and Lean Management.

He is a graduate Industrial Engineer from Hunan University of Tianjin University of  Technology.

As a graduate industrial engineer from Hunan University of Science and Technology, Tony started out at Merida Inc. and Denso where he developed his knowledge and practice of Lean. From there he moved to the Kaizen Institute as an experienced Lean consultant.

Tony has implemented successful Lean programs in many industries including GM Motor, Volkswagen, Haier, Sanming Steel, GCL, China State Grid, and Fujian Longxi Bearing.  Tony has a wealth of experience in Lean Operations, Continuous Flow, Lean Logistics, VSM, Pull Production, Problem Solving, 5S, Visual Management, Standardize Work, and SMED.

As a senior IE at Statschippac and Lean manager at CONTITECH Kevin developed his Lean knowledge and experience.  Keven then moved to the Kaizen Institute as a Lean consultant. Keven successfully implemented Lean programs with a broad range of companies including SAIC-GM, Seagate, HUAYU, CCAG, XCMG, Yili Group, Xuji Group, United Imaging, and Weidmuller.

Keven’s specializes in electronic appliances, heavy machining, auto parts, food and service industry. His proven Lean experience has helped over 20 companies to successfully implement lean transformation. Keven’s Lean practice has also incorporated research in the service industry as well as coaching lean management projects in large corporations.
