Prior to joining the TXM team, Alvaro spent four years at Central Innovation, where he was instrumental in helping regional manufacturers optimise their operational performance. Through a combination of tailored technology, professional training, and targeted consulting solutions, he helped businesses streamline processes and increase efficiency. Throughout his career, Alvaro has built a reputation for establishing deep, trusted relationships across all organisational levels working seamlessly with hands-on operational teams, technical experts, and senior executive stakeholders alike to uncover underlying challenges and unlock growth opportunities.
