Last year, TXM Lean Solutions celebrated a major milestone—20 years of helping businesses around the world achieve operational excellence through Lean thinking. As part of that celebration, we proudly launched the TXM Lean Transformation Awards, recognising outstanding Lean achievements by our clients and the people who drive them forward.
A Quick Recap: The 2024 Awards
The inaugural awards in 2024 were a fantastic success. We honoured businesses and individuals from across the world who demonstrated exceptional commitment to Lean thinking, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable results.
Lean Transformation of the Year (Overall Winner):
CoxGomyl (Alimak Group) – Recognised for their global-scale Lean transformation, achieving sustainable improvements across a complex international operation.
Lean Champion of the Year (Overall Winner):
Erkut Fevzi, Crusader Caravans – Celebrated for his hands-on leadership, driving rapid improvements in productivity and flow on Crusader’s manufacturing floor in Melbourne.
We also presented regional awards across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, and the UK, showcasing how Lean thinking is creating impact in diverse industries and locations. Now in 2025, the awards are back—and we’re just getting started.

Why It Matters
The TXM Lean Transformation Awards aren’t just about recognition. They’re about sharing success, learning from others, and celebrating the power of Lean to create real, sustainable impact.
As a 2024 winner shared:
“Being recognised was a powerful validation of the work our team has done. It’s helped drive our culture and given us the confidence to push even further.”
By highlighting these achievements, we aim to inspire more organisations to take the next step in their Lean journey—and show what’s possible when the right approach meets strong leadership and commitment.
