What Is It?

The course is internationally recognised and accredited by global auditing body, Exemplar Global. This gives you the peace of mind that your course meets international standards. You will receive a certification and your achievement will be recorded in the Exemplar Global database so you can verify your qualification at any time in the future.

TXM is one of a handful of providers world-wide who can coach and accredit your people as Lean Practitioners against the competencies in the ISO 18404 standard.

The Lean Practitioner Course will enable you and your employees to build process capability in your business. The course is designed to go beyond the basics of the Lean Methodology and teach in-depth comprehensive knowledge of its two guiding principles of Continuous Improvement and Respect for People.

It coaches the skills of an initiator of Process Improvement and Lean Implementation. The course combines a mix of theory, practical activities and project work to encompass every facet of the Lean Methodology. Lean Practitioner is Lean the equivalent of the Six Sigma Green Belt.

Each module is a balance between theory and project work to have you walking in the footsteps of a Lean Practitioner. If you are a seasoned Lean professional you can be assessed by your body of work  and can be accredited without completing the modules

How Long Will It Take?

The delivery of the course is completely flexible with face-to-face delivery of 32 course work hours & 16 assessment hours or self-paced learning options available (Coming Soon).

Once commenced you have one year to complete all modules, tests and submit your project work to TXM for assessment and certification as a Lean Practitioner.
