The current economic disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has forced Holleys Fine Foods to make rapid changes.

Established in 1970, Holleys has grown to become one of the UK region’s leading distributors of ambient specialty foods. Over four generations on, they continue to maintain the hallmarks of quality, service and integrity. Over the years they have developed a huge portfolio of quality products for you to choose from.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Holleys Fine Foods were experiencing an increase in demand for their products due to panic buying. This meant the Holleys team were not able to pick the products fast enough in their current configurations.

TXM Senior Lean Consultant Lee Candy was called upon to assess their warehouse and picking capabilities. Lee was able to condense a traditional Lean implementation within a short period of time to help get that initial boost of productivity needed to mitigate the increase in demand.
