Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Holleys Fine Foods were experiencing an increase in demand for their products due to panic buying. This meant the Holleys team were not able to pick the products fast enough in their current configurations.
TXM’s UK Senior Lean Consultant Lee Candy was called upon to assess their warehouse and picking capabilities. Lee was able to condense a traditional Lean implementation within a short period of time to help get that initial boost of productivity needed to mitigate the increase in demand.
